Debbie Gleason, CMSR – Physician Development Administrator

Debbie is a native to the Midwest and has over 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She is an active member of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR) and serves on several committees for the organization. She is a charter member and has served as past president in addition to other offices for the Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas MidwestMD Physician Recruitment and Retention Network (MINK). She is a founding member and current Vice President of the Academic In-House Recruiters Network (AIR).

Debbie and her husband, an aerospace engineer, currently reside in northwest Omaha and have two children in the Midwest. Her son and daughter-in-law reside in Oklahoma City where they are pursuing their teaching careers. Her daughter lives and works in the Kansas City area. She and her family enjoy Omaha’s fine arts, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, as well as the warm and friendly midwestern quality of life in Omaha. She spends her spare time serving in church ministries and pursuing a variety of interests and hobbies.

Darcy Wild – Physician Relations Coordinator

Darcy has been living in the Omaha area since the age of nine and joined the Nebraska Medical Center in January, 2008. She has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She has experienced, first-hand, the thriving arts scene in Omaha after six years of working with the Nebraska Humanities Council Speaker’s Bureau, the largest of its kind in the nation. She recently married an Omaha native and is enjoying their new downtown-living lifestyle. In her spare time, Darcy is an avid knitter and book lover. She and her husband enjoy downtown Omaha’s art and music scene, wandering through the Old Market’s antique stores and coffee shops, as well as spending time outside at local parks and nature trails. Most weekends, the couple can be found picnicking or hiking at one of Omaha’s lakes with their dog, Kokomo.
