one campus for the benefit of our community’s health. The university is responsible

Polo for Patients
The Nebraska Medical Center is proud to present, a unique charity event to the Omaha
community. The second Polo for Patients
match featuring the Des Moines Polo Club is Saturday, June 12 at Levi Carter park.
Suzanne and Walter Scott, Jr. are the Polo for Patients honorary chairs. Proceeds
will support The Nebraska Medical Center Patient Assistance Fund – a resource which
provides support for basic needs such as transportation, lodging, clothing and food
for patients and their families. Tickets are $100 and can be purchased by calling

Cancer Survivor Image Enhancement Center
In addition to providing expert diagnostic services and cancer treatment options,
The Nebraska Medical Center specializes in meeting the unique needs of cancer survivors.
Cancer treatments such as radiation therapy, chemotherapy and surgery often cause
changes in a person’s appearance. The Cancer Survivor Image Enhancement Center will
offer personalized education and image enhancing services to help cancer patients
look and feel their best as they journey toward recovery. To learn more about this
